Anyone else getting freaked by these weather disasters?????

Floods, Hurricanes, Earthquakes, oh my....

I don't know about anyone else, but this is really starting to get to me......I remember when I was a kid, i used to think it was so cool, whenever there was something big looming. How stupid? You guys are too young to remember life before CNN, but we used to have this special "emergency broadcast" sound and it would tell us on the TV about some forthcoming event or some disaster.

I used to complain that Cable News was just trying to jerk my blood pressure up. Remember, before 9/11, the biggest news story was Chandra Levy and random shark attacks? No need to make this **** up now or milk some inane story anymore.

Does anyone think that this may be the wrath of God?





Okay - that's enough, Laura, snap out of it.....buy some protein.

I'm beginning to think this too Laura. Last week I came home to a tree across my driveway. Yesterday I got a call from the wife that a tree was down on the roof. Not too much damage to the house. Today here in Maryland I think Noah is getting ready to set sail again!! Here's 2 pics of the trees.Invalid Link Removed

Good Christ I hope so. If God exists, it's been far too long since he put in a personal appearance.
 
ya i typed up this big old reply for ya CDB but then when i tried to post it it went to a cannot find page screen and i lost all i typed so maybe i wasnt supposed to write it, but ya gods there and just waiting until he cant stand it any more to bring it to an end. just think of this as the kid tapping on the glass siding of an ant farm before its too much for him he busts it open and takes his magnifying glass to the whole Lot of them.... You know - three hours after the WTC disaster, I saw all these people at the grocery store and I thought to myself.....what is this, why are we all buying milk and bread just like it is not happening to us?????

Life just keeps on keeping on - I guess
