ATW additional shipping cost

Just a 'heads up' on placing ATW orders on over 10 lbs of product. I spoke with ATW this morning due to an e-mail I received for an additional $13.39 for shipping 20 lbs of their fine chocolate blend.

I was told that due to fuel cost and increased shipping fees that an additional charges would be placed on orders over 10lbs. I broke my order down into two 10lbs orders and saved $7-$8 bucks, thier suggestion I'm not that smart.

I will continue to order from ATW as I have a serious cholate blend habit, but now place my orders in 10 lbs increments to save a few $$$.

Just saw your post. Did you speak to our office of Invalid Link Removed or Fed Ex?
I just want to make sure that I understand correctly.

I think that he talked to someone who was going to tell him WHEN THE FLAVOR PACKS WILL BE READY :icon_lol: :run:
 
I spoke with a person named Maura, a customer service rep, at the 610 number for ATW. I was notified of the additional shipping charge by e-mail and called this morning to clarify.
 
thanks for the information. If it is not too much trouble. Could you send me a copy of the email you received. My email is [email protected]. I want to make sure that we are giving the best customer service and look for ways to avoid any extra charges.

Hi, how are you!? I am very happy to see that you have placed an order with our company. Due to the size of your order, there is an additional cost for shipping of 13.39. Unless I hear from you I will add this onto your total charge. We appreciate your business.
