Which whey should I use?

Hello,

I have been looking around to see which company
sells whey protein the cheapest. I found All The Whey on ebay
and after reading what people said about it I decided to buy from
them. My problem is Im new to using Whey and they have several
types of whey. Which one is the best to use 20/30™ Blend,
Hydrolyzed Whey Isolate,Whey Protein Blends, Whey Protein
Concentrate, and Whey Protein Isolate. As you can see there are alot
of them, any help would be appreciated. Also is this stuff better than
what GNC sells? Thanks!
 
Easy. Concentrate if you want cheap. Isolate if you are lactose intolerant or are like me and like blending my protein powder in with other foods (isolate virtually has no taste). A blend would be a good whey to go (pun intended).

Thanks! I will go with the Isolate its a bit more but they have more flavors than the concentrate whey. I beleve Concentrate has only Natural flavor while Isolate has 7 flavors. Is the 20/30 blend cheaper in quality than the concentrate?

Nah. The blend has concentrate and isolate in it. Good luck trying to get the ratio of the proteins out of all the whey.
