Sampler pack shipping

I want to try out some of your whey blends, so I was going to order the sampler pack. In the product description it said that shipping was included, but when I went to check out, it tried to charge me 5.95 for shipping.... am I doing anything wrong?

I was just on their site and didn't see anyting that says shipping is free.
Right on the front page is states that shipping and handling is $5.95
 
If you go to the sampler pack page: Invalid Link Removed
It says in red "Shipping included: United States only"
Honestly, it doesn't really matter to me much anymore... i was running low and ended up buying 10 lbs of a competitors whey which i already knew I liked. Being a sponsor, i really wanted to try ATW and potentially buy from them, but couldn't justify $14 for essentially 6 scoops of whey.

If you call all the whey with your order number after making the purchase they will rectify the problem.


Hopefully they are fixing the problem so people dont have to keep doing this.

Sorry it took me so long to respond - I apologize for not checking in earlier. You SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR SHIPPING!!!! We have just switched webhosts and are working out the kinks.

Please drop me an email - with your name and address - This sample pack is on us this time.

Thanks for your patience - we have a great product, but need a great computer programmer now.

Is the sample pack shipping issue fixed yet? I tried ordering some the other day and it was still wanting to charge shipping. Let us know when it is fixed so I can gets me some samples.

I know that the website is getting more fine tuning this weekend. Drop me an email at [email protected] and I will send you a sample pack on Monday. Blend, isolate, what do you need?

I'm still having the same problem as everybody else, with the sampler packs, it still charges me 13 bucks and change instead of 7.99. Is there a special code I need to type in on the checkout page somewhere? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you Laura!

Yes - it still exsists - something is locking in the shipping price. What we are doing EACH MORNING is manually correcting and crediting the charge accounts before shipping - GOOFY and a pain for all - but it is the best way to get your product out and make sure that you are not overcharged. I apologize for this added inconvenience. I appreciate your patience. If you order, you will see within 24 hours that your account is credited BACK the shipping.

LOVE YOU GUYS and we are striving to be like the big boys - and keep the price down and the quality up.

Thank you Laura! I will be placing an order for the sampler packs tonight. When I decide which flavor I like I will put in a big order, as I lead a very busy lifestyle and have to drink my protein.
