this is something amazing i just invented.

fat-free plain yogurt, about 2 cups.
1 scoop any flavor ATW isolate (i use banana)
1 cup toasted oatmeal (just cook for like 5 minutes in a regular pan over low heat, you can add splenda or honey to make it more granola-like)
mix them all in together. its amazing.

peace

Nice bro, can you describe how you do the oats a little bit more. Sounds like a great nutritional breakdown.

just measure out the oats and toss them in a pot/pan over low heat till they are toasty and crunchy. it actually makes a great cold cereal too with milk.

you can toss in splenda, honey, nuts, raisens, anything your diet allows. basically its a homemade granola.
