AlltheWhey Protein Texture question

Hi. I was wondering why the texture of the WPC in your 50lb bags and in your containers are more grainy than the large label brands. Dont really seem to be much problem mixing as long as I make sure and leave the blender in long enough. I dont know about shaker cup though.. If I dont blend thouroughly however it is a bit more grainy than most, like gnc eas etc.. . Is this just due to the pour size the MFG uses when they spray dry the protein after agglomeration or is this due to the mixing method you use compared to other companies

Hi,

Our grain size varies on what other things we're making the whey for like bars and baby formula. Sometimes our product is very flakey.

It should stir and shake fine.

I cannot talk about the specifics of our plant. I'm sorry.

Thank You

Hmm thats interesting, From the way you say it it sounds like ALLTHEWHEY Manufactures their own raw protein.
Can you tell me if you guys actually produce your own protein atleast. Are you a subsidiary of a dairy plant?
