has anyone else experienced customer service problems with Rob Reed? He initially seemed eager to help but I'm starting to feel like it's bull. I had issues with the shipping on one of my orders and nothing of help from him. I almost feel like he's activiely dodging me now so he doesn't have to deal with it. is there anyone else that someone can suggest for me to talk to because this guy's not cuttin it
