i there i just was putting in a order and used the freeshipping code and it said the price then when i hit send on the final order part it adding the shipping back on? plz can someone help? fix this quick like?

ya i'm calling them Monday morning and i've sent several emails just covering as many bases as possible because i hear it hard to get a hold of them.
