| Get big or die trying | concentrate vs. isolate what is the difference in whey protein concentrate, and isolate. I do understand that isolate is better I just don't know why. |

| king of useless information!!! | concentrate has some carbs and fats in it, which generally improve the taste. isolate is made with a "trace" of fat and <1g carbs. |

| Registered User | found this on a search as the concentrate/isolate issue confuses me a bit to. so those who have an intolerance to lactose would HAVE to use the isolate but for the rest of us then i suppose you maybe able to throw in a few eggs/egg-whites to improve the protein. when buying in bulk there's an enormous differance in price between the 2 to question the results-to-price ratio.
