linked are the results from the lab test on the nutritional profile of alltheway brand whey isolate and blends. As you can see, it all checks out, and the results do meet label claims.
my question is, if you'll notice, rather than having a total protein content or something like that, the results say "protein-combustion x 6.38'
what exactly does that mean, and why do they indicate it as such, rather than just saying "total protein content 24.71g"
and what exactly is the 6.38 conversion factor?
