I've got 20 lbs of cinnamon bun on hand. Anyone got any good recipes for it? I love the shakes, especially with a little extra cinnamon, but I've also been putting some in my oatmeal.

I have a new recipe for you.

Take a measured cup of General Mills Fiber One
Place it in a bowl with 3 cups of water
Microwave it on high for 2 minutes
Let the mixture sit for 1/2 hour.
Add your protein to the bowl and if you choose some peanut butter
Mix it all together for 1-2 minutes.
It makes a cake batter like mixture that has less carbs than oatmeal
and eats well with great mouth feel for a change of pace.

I use this with chocolate protein too. I add a tablespoon of cocoa powder
to the Fiber One and water base and then nuke it and then I let it sit and add
a measured tablespoon of natty peanut butter and my protein and even a few extra
NutraSweet packets or Splenda packets.

It breaks up the shake thing and gives you a good volume of food to eat but it
does not add to many unwanted calories so it helps two fold.

SLUDGE!!!

48g of natural peanut butter (1.5 servings), 3 scoops of CBun ATW, add some cinnamon and water!

Put the PB in a bowl and microwave for a few seconds to make loose. Then add the protein and cinnamon. Now slowly add water...only enough to mix in the protein. You dont want soup, you just want to thicken it back to the consistancy of PB.

Put in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour. If its too hard once frozen, just let sit for a minute or two. Enjoy! You can also google sludge for a video of it on youtube. You can also make it in brownie format.

An AWESOME low carb high protein treat that I swear by.

Thanks guys - lots of good ideas here. I tried this oatmeal and CB this morning and it was excellent! Will probably try the fiber one recipe tomorrow. Gotta keep that colon clean :)
