Sent 15 lbs whey back in recall, only got 5 lbs back?

I sent in 5 lbs cinnabun and 10 lbs choc pb whey.

I just got back 5 lbs of cinnabun today. Is there a delay on the Choc PB whey? Should I assume it is coming soon?

I was told the Choc PB needs to be mixed again then would be sentout. So far, nothing has been sent over.
