personally i say just get the concentrate. unless u got the extra money laying around i don't think its that much of an improvement. technicaly isolate must contain 90%+ protien, while concentrate contains anywhere between 29 and 89%. so it also kinda depends on the company your buying from. and isolate contains very little lactose and fat. but i don't think its worth spending a fortune on when a lot of concentrate is cheap and basicaly just as good.
Concentrates are also very high in cholesterol vs isolates containing little to none. Probably not a consideration for the younger ones around here but worth paying attention to if you're going to compare the two.
