Hyro breaks down faster as amino acid chains are broken down into shorter chains but it wont taste as good as regular Isolet. IMHO I would go Isolet and call it a day :wave2:
May I ask from a company rep how much your Hydrolyzed whey isolate is hydrolized percentage wise?
ctal, I respectfully disagree. I spoke with some certified strength and conditioning coaches who work with professional teams who state the opposite. I am soley an isolate guy personally
Not trying to sound like a jerk, but I'd like to see the article as well. I'm always down for learning something new. I was always under the impression hydrolized was the best, depending on the situation.
there is no reference to any scientific information to backup any of that info. usually at the bottom of information like that they site where the information came from. it looks like that information is just from his "point of view". he has nothing to back up those statements. it doesnt even state who the article is by. im sorry but that info isnt valid.
Any scientific information to prove hydrolyzed or isolate is better? first define what better means though because amino acid levels in blood stream at 2 hours isn't the whole story, if it was you'd just use BCAAs postworkout and not protein at all. If you eat a protein containing meal every 3 hours, theres no particular meal where the type of protein matters hugely (except for first waking up) as you've got pretty consistent amino levels the whole rest of the time. concentrate gives you 8-10g of usable aminos per hour, it only takes 160g of aminos to make a pound of muscle. you aren't synthesizing half a pound of muscle during your waking hours every day
