whey protein/egg protein and muscle

I know that egg protein has a higher biodigestable. That is not the right word for it but I forget the exact word. Anyway, I am wondering about using both egg protein mixed with whey protein. I have been experimenting with this in the last 2 weeks. Egg protein definately cannot go by itself pleasureably lol.

I have noticed that my size is staying more consistent and I am wondering if this is more pyshcosamantic or if the egg protein has any hand in this?

I have also been eating steak twice a week as well. That could be a factor as well.
 
i like mixing egg protein in. generally, you can absorb 30-40g at most, of protein in one sitting from one source.

multiple sources though, can raise that number a little higher. that might be the "more consistent" that you're talking about - not necessarily more protein, but more absorbed protein.
