I love micellar casien. My local supplement shop uses ATW for his brand, so I'll recommend to him to get in a MC shipment.


Oh, and he needs some cake batter ASAP!!!
 
Hey Marcus...

I got my order from DPS already. I got a 5lb tub of Chocolate L&F. With the addition of MC is there any change in the nutrition info? (my tub doesn't have the updated label)?

Specifically Total cals/Gr of Protein/Gr of Carbs?

BTW - I just had my first shake of chocolate L&F. Blended it w/ 1c of Hood, 1c of water & some ice cubes & a little smart balance peanut butter....seriously, it was outstanding! The L&F tastes better than your standard chocolate WPI.

I'm gonna live off this stuff...lol.
 
The MC definitely makes it more thick and the vitamins that are blended in taste really good. If you like your shakes a little bit thicker then yes your gonna live L & F.
 
One cup of the green hoods milk = 45 calories, 8 grams protein

1 scoop of L and F

11-12 ice cups


Blend together throughly.

Yeah, just had another blended w/ some oats & am about to hit the gym. This stuff is really, really good.:thumbsup:
 
any updates on the nutritional profile? and can you tell us about what percent of the protein is whey/MC? thanks.
