    Interesting. I am not noticing an effect. How much caffeine do you normally use per day? I am fairly caffeine dependent, using about 300 milligrams per day.

  9. My back is so frekin dead. Trained 1.5 hours of martial arts last night. By the end my patches fell off but by that point its been 8 + hours.

  13. So I've been on a week now with the new DHEA patch. Boy my mood is been great I've been much more positive I don't know if it's because of the patch but you know when you look up information on Google it does say that it helps to elevate your mood which is always a plus because I'm very elevated to begin with.

    3 sets bench ez curl incline chest on pad. 6 reps 17.5x2 plus ez bar
    Dumbbell pump set 7x10 20lbs
    Tricep cable push down 3 sets 6 reps 70-75/80
    Dips 25lbs 6 reps 3 sets
    Tricep extension 3 sets 6 reps 25 each hand

    Ab roller 3 sets 20 reps 10 second static holds
    Leg lifts 10lbs 3 sets 12 reps
    Decline weighted crunch 2 sets 12 reps !

  22. Nice work. I see you eat wheat (burger bun). Have you looked into eliminating wheat to see if doing so reduces inflammation and therefore causes you to feel even better and enhance your physique?

  23. I eat because I'm hungry. I just grabed a pair of buns from my room mate. All I know is 2000 + calorie dinner is damn tasty! Then deep sleep lucid dreaming from the power patch!

  24. From what I have left, I am currently using the 10 hour energy, b complex, fish, DHEA and power patch.Love them so far. I am transitioning to a usplabs product so you will see a separate along with one here.
