    Mmmmm loving all my patches.

Strength is up . Recovery is faster. This week I actually ate less since my check has not come in the mail but have not lost weight at all. I bet you those amino acids are going to work epically since I'm use to eating around 5k and I went to 4k since money is on halt for 7 days. Boss was out of town and I have been relying on the amino acid patches to stop me from going catabolic .

  4. Greetings. Iíve been using a transdermal testosterone and HGH boosters from Muscle extreme, along with their Ener-G for stamina during workouts and as a fat burner, with great results. Problem is the creams smell horrible to my wife and stain clothing and sheets etc. I started at 368 pounds and weighed in today at 297. My goal is to get down to around 200. I am 6í, and 58 years old. I have always lifted weights since high school, was a football player throughout high school and college. I also wrestled. I took up weight training over ten years ago, but didnít change my diet. One morning in January I woke up and said ďThatís itĒ and got serious about losing 160 pounds. My diet is locked in Ė no trans fats or bad carbs, and no flour. Lots of skinless chicken breasts, spinach, yogurt, cottage cheese, fruits and nuts.

I am looking for a good cutting stack that weill help me continue to lose fat while gaining muscle. My workouts are fine tuned for both bulking cycles and cutting cycles. I do have some problem areas of flabby, spongy fat Ė sagging love handles and the area above the genitals, the area underneath my arm pits, and inside my upper thighs. These are not obvious to others as my chest and shoulders, as well as my triceps and biceps, lats and raps are very muscular. Sorry for so much back ground info but I want the best advice you can give me on where to go now. I have one medical problem: I take a pill to keep my heart from kicking into fibrillation. I was on a high blood pressure med, but they took me off of it. Colesterol is perfect; no blockages etc. I do get high blood pressure readings when taking stacks and they all warn about the fact they should not be taken if you are suffering from High blood pressure. Iím not suffering from HB, but get it when I take stacks like the ones I wrote about above. Although I am willing to take this risk until I get to where I want to be weight wise, if there are products out there that would lower this risk, that would be great.

So what would you recommend that will help me get to a muscular 200-230, while losing the fat Iíve accrued over the years? And is there a product that can specifically target the problem areas I mentioned? I am interested in odorless transdermals. I am using a product called HGH PowerPatch from AgeForce currently, but too soon to tell if there are any results. I also use a product called NoInfuse from lgsciences. I also use Forma Stansol from MR Supplements. I would like a cutting stack with a powerful transdermal delivery system that will specifically grow lean muscle, give me more strength and stamina, and hard and lasting pumps. If you have a better HGH product than the patch I am using that is transdermal or patch delivery, I am interested in that as well. Thank you for taking the time to read my lengthy autobiography. I appreciate any help you can give me. Peter

Out of curiosity, why would you recommend cutting out all carbs during the weekday?

  7. The No carb weekday works. But only if you follow this as outlined. Here are the 10 most common mistakes people make on the Diet.

    1. Not Eating Enough Fat. You need fat for energy since you're not eating carbs for 5 days. Eating fat also promotes fat loss: your body stores less fat if you eat fat constantly. Stop worrying about getting fat: you won't. Eat your fats.

    2. Eating Only When Hungry. Food is energy for your body. You'll lack energy if you don't eat enough. The high fat intake on the Diet satiates & makes you full longer. Eat every 3hours, even if you're not hungry.

    3. Quitting Too Soon. It takes 3-4 weeks to adapt to the Diet. After 3-4 weeks on the Anabolic Diet you'll feel great.

    4. Not Getting Enough Fiber. Your intestines must adapt to all the meat & fat. Get 30g fiber daily. 2 tbsp ground fish oil and lots of green veggies will do.

    5. Not Eating Veggies. You need the fiber content from veggies for a healthy digestive system. Veggies also prevent hunger by filling your stomach. Eat veggies with all meals: spinach, broccoli, cabbage, salad, ...

    6. Not Varying Meals. It's ok to eat the same every day. However don't eat the same cheese 3x/day. Get variation with each meal and experiment. Check the Diet food list. for inspiration.

    7. Not Using Spices & Herbs. You won't stick to you diet if you don't enjoy your food. Flavor your meals using as much spices & herbs as you want.

    8. Not Eating Red Meat. Chicken & tuna don't work on the Diet. You need animal fat for its saturated fat. This helps muscle gains, fat loss & keeps your energy high. Eat red meat: hamburgers, steaks, ribs, ...

    9. Weekend Junk Food. Avoid turning weekend carb ups into junk fests. Excess junk food will make you reach the couch. Control your intake of junk food and eat clean carbs: pasta, rice, potatoes, oats, ...

    10. Gaining/Losing Weight Too Soon. Give your body 4 weeks to adapt to the Diet before you focus on gaining/losing weight. Get your daily caloric needs. Switch to weight gain/loss after 4 weeks.

And the biggest mistake is eating carbs on no carbs days. The Diet only works if you apply it as laid out. If you've never stuck with a diet, follow the 8 nutrition rules for 12 months before doing the Diet.
Knowledge is power- The power to do your part and make a difference.

  8. The Diet is a high-fat, high-protein, low-carb lifestyle. Five or six days a week, you will eat roughly 55% to 60% of your calories from fat, 40% to 45% from protein, and 10% or less from carbohydrates. (If less than 10%, fill the rest in with protein/fat combos.) One or two days a week (typically weekends), you will reverse all this; your diet will be about 60% carbohydrates, 30% fats, and 10% protein.

The Diet has been around a long time. If you want to be precise, it has been around millions of years. It has had many different names in recent years, but I can tell you honestly that in our evolutionary past, it was just the standard diet for many parts of the world. I feel wonderful eating by this Diet guidelines. I have more energy and I just feel better before, during, and after eating. Of course, the look of my body also reflects this feeling.
Knowledge is power- The power to do your part and make a difference.

  9. Throughout the week, you will eat largely just fats and proteins. Your body, after a short adaptation period in the beginning, will flip a switch and go from using carbohydrates for energy to using fat for energy. Most peoples' bodies are far more efficient this way; rather than storing excess carbohydrates as adipose tissue (fat) on the body, the body will keep stores of energy for later use that are less likely to be stored as blubber. On your carb-up day(s), you will fill up on lots of starchy, high-glycemic, insulin-inducing carbs. Since your body has already "flipped the switch" to using fat for energy, these carbs will be utilized primarily for muscle repair, shuttling all the protein in your body to the muscles and restoring muscle glycogen.

Those are the basics of the diet. With all that said though, what matters, bottom line, is that the Diet works.

  13. I've experienced this irritation and think it's important to not scrub your skin aggressively before applying the patches. Like you, I also perceived the irritation as a sign it was more than just an adhesive.

Interesting. I am not noticing an effect. How much caffeine do you normally use per day? I am fairly caffeine dependent, using about 300 milligrams per day.
