Day 24
Shoulders/ abs

Smith machine Military press 6 sets 3 very light and 3 with 105 so getting a bit better!
lateral dumbbell raise 4 sets max was 30lbs for 10
front dumbbell raise 4 sets with 25lbs
rear delts on the peck deck 60lbs 4 sets of 12
did 4 sets of inner and outer rotator exercises

Traps, 4 sets rear shrugs 185
4 sets dumbbell shrugs 85lbs

8 sets of abs and 15 min cardio

Once again the combination of the Ephedrine and Hypertrop_X gave me a great start to the workout and enough stamina to keep up the aggression to the very end of the work out and all the way home! Over all a great work out.

What I used to do all night now takes me all night to do.........But it still gets done!!!

Hey Laze Dragon, not sure how often you check these but I have a question for you guys over there. I really need help to cut some over body fat and keep the gains I make especially mid section fat. At my age and body comp it is really hard for me to cut. This being my number one goal this year, could you suggest something that maybe you would like to see someone stack with Hypertrop-X? I don't want to be one of these guys that runs many other supplements wile logging one for a sponsor. I will be starting my second bottle in just a few days and would like to start it when I do. Let me know, and don't think you can't just tell me to finish the log as is too. I will send this in a PM too. Thanks for the help

Chest

Flat bench 6 sets 3 light 115lbs 3 with a bit more weight max was 185/10
Incline bench 4 sets max was 185/10
Cable flies 4 sets max 125/10
pec deck 3 sets and one double drop set, max was 145

Getting stronger and feel like I worked chest for the first time in a few weeks. No real shoulder pain after the work out. Still hit the wall before the work out but after taking Hypertrop-X and forcing myself to go to the gym The Hypertrop-X keeps me going. I just wish I had more drive to get there.

One thing don't run ephedrine. Ephedrine and Yohimbine = bad experience...not fun. Wait until you run off Hyper. Honestly this supp is perfect for cardio. RUN LIKE A MOFO. If you really wanna get cutting edge get Gaspari's Thermogenic Thyrotabs....there T2 derivative and will not stimulate you further than the Yohimbine. If you do that start at 2 pills per day (in regards to the Thyrotabs). They take a week to kick in.

Happens to everyone. And you do have to listen to your body - when it's says "crash!", sometimes you gotta crash.

Day 31 Shoulders/ Traps/ cardio

My best shoulder workout in weeks! Stopped the Ephedrine per LD”s advice and did feel better before my work out. Also seem to have a better aggression in the gym as well. I looked in to getting the Gaspari's Thermogenic Thyrotabs but can’t find them on line anywhere. Any know where I can get them please PM me.

Smith machine military press 6 sets 3 light to warm up then went to 105 for 2 sets at 12 reps each then 155 for one set of 12.
Hammer strength shoulder press machine only two set at 50 big pounds (this hurt!) so I stopped.
Dumbbell laterals 4 sets max 35/12
Dumbbell fronts 4 sets max 35/12
Pec deck rear delts 3 sets at 80lbs for 12 reps

Traps; Did a seated trap exercise that I read about on one of the logs on here I don’t remember who or I would give them credit…Sorry. You sit on the end of a bench and put your legs over the bar then bend at the hips grab the bar and do a shrug pulling the bar to your hamstrings, WOW did this hit hard! Still sore today. Only 105lbs too.
Finished off rear smith machine shrugs 4 sets max 245/8

20 min cardio

They have them on closeout cuz their "use by" date was May 2008, but that's only last month. $15 is a good price for a thermogen.

Lets see where are we....day 40, Sorry if any of you were looking for me. My Dad has been very ill and I have been spending most of my time with the family. My little man turns 7 tomorrow so we had a big party this past weekend and my Dad did make it to the party but sadly had to be taken to the hospital yesterday again. Keeping Hope!

Workouts have been going well, must have a lot of aggression to release. Shoulder is still getting stronger, mot quite where I want to be but still working at it. Hypertrop-X has been great! Since I stopped all other sups I have more energy in the gym and out of the gym. I am down 4 pounds and leaning out pretty well. Mood has been ok but I have a lot going on right now that even Hypertrop-X can't help with. strength has been getting better. Still loving this stuff! I will try to keep up this week on the workouts.
