
Hey that is awesome. I just got done reading your log, looks like you are getting great gains from it. I will be in 4 weeks and I am placing a order for the Pro Anabolic Kit RDe this week. I was just going to run the Decavol I already have, but i might as well run a full cycle kit. I'm looking for more strength than mass right now. I will keep a log when i start running. What type of foods are you sticking with while cycling?

I think you probably made a wise decision getting the full kit for your first cycle it keeps it nice and simple.
The foods i have been eating are typical clean BBing foods. Carbs from oats, rice,pasta,bread. Proteins from chicken, turkey, tuna and red meat. Fats from fish oil, olive oil, natty peanut butter. I would say that the diet is the single most important thing to get right as we all know. I spent 2 days just working my diet out before i started and it looks like it has paid off, however i am not interested in strength so i dont know how you need to set up in terms of cals and macros to get the results you want. Easy to find out though i am sure.
Well, I am bout to order my kit this week and i just have a few questions. I been doing some more research and looking at some other products. I think i may be going with Forerunner Labs and running the Alpha Lab Kit instead of the Anabolic Growth kit by AMS. Anyone have any advice on which would be better since this is my first cycle? Also, what would be a good stack chart if i was to use two kits in one cycle and would the pct that comes with kit be ok to use with tamoxifen?
