First run of AMS Hormone Regulation Kit RDe
I'm new to the forum and new to PHs as well so any advice would be appreciated. I decided to go with AMS because I was told that the sides are low and it is fairly easy to to take. I ordered it a few days ago so it should be here any day now and I will probably start it on monday.
Typically I lift for about 12 to 15 sets per workout, followed by 20-30 minutes of HIIT unless I am working abs on that day then I might do as many as 18 sets no cardio. Should I increase my sets/number of exercises while doing this cycle?
I have read some threads that say the recommended dose isn't enough to get good results, others say it is. For a first timer should I stick to the dose on the label?
Sorry if all of these questions have been addressed before am just tired to digging through forums and ready to go hit the weights!.

Thanks for the info, according to the article I should start with one compound. The kit I have comes with two, 1-AD and 4-AD. Would you recommend one or both? If only one, which one should I go with. Also I got a free bottle of Augmentor as well.
Also I should add that I have cleaned up my diet and taken out simple sugars and most fried fatty foods. I only drink water, milk and some gatorade. I also use a pre, creatine, and whey protein.

Start with 1-Androsterone, but if you experience any lethargy you will be fine adding in the 4-AD. It will help eliminate that issue. Use the Augmentor throughout.
You are ready for this, and it will treat you well.

Thanks Royd. I will keep a log of some sort, maybe once a week. I will just start that on this thread.
Thanks schroedes, maybe I'll up the dose depending on the first couple weeks. But to start with I'm going to stick to the label.

I received my package today
I plan to start it up Monday, but maybe Saturday.
Before I do I need to ask. Should I be running cycle support with this? Or will my augmentor and PCT be enough?

You should be fine without it. Some guys are extra cautious, but it's not absolutely necessary.

Day 1: Chest and Triceps
Weight 200lbs butt naked.
The weight may seem low but I perform my lifts slowly and very controlled
Flat Bench Press: 4 sets (plus warmups)
set 1-3: 10x185
set 4: 8x205 (failed on last rep)
Skull Crushers: 3 sets 10x65lbs
Incline DB Press: 3 sets 10x60lbs
Tricep Dips: 3 sets of 15
DB chest fly: 3 sets of 10x30lbs
Tricep pushdown: 2 sets of 10x70lbs (exhausted!)
followed by 20 minutes of intervals on the eliptical.
I felt very strong, it seemed a little easier on the flat bench so I performed a fourth set. I think I will add 10lbs next week. Can't wait to see what the first week of the cycle will do for me.
About my diet. Im not the best calorie counter but I try to keep track. I will work harder at this and try to update that info on here as well. I drink two protein shakes a day, eat eggs, fruit, and Kashi cereal for breakfast. Tuna or chicken for lunch with a salad (no dressing just salt and pepper) and one meat two veggies and sometimes a bread or starch for dinner. mainly I just try to eat healthy but I plan to increase my intake for the duration of this cycle.
