Problem with my 4ad

I bought 3 bottles and the 1st one was good it had a lite minty flavor and numbed my mouth a little. But the second seemed to be a lot thicker and had a lot of undissolved product when I changed the cap. This ones taste is horrible and our completely numbs and coats my whole mouth for hours. So my questions are: which bottle is bad?, should I just try the 3rd bottle?, and what should I do with this bottle can I dilute it? Thanks

I've run into bottles that are thicker like you mentioned but they are fine. I just really shake the s#it out of the thicker bottle to really mix up any settling.

yes def shake them up before you use will solve the issue
