UTT and RD cycle reccomindations

Hey guys, just wanted a little help with a stack. Picked up some AMS products at the Arnold and got a mix of the UTT and RD tabs (was going to just do a 1andro (RD) and AromX (RD) Cycle and ended going back later and got some DecaVol (UTT), 4-AD (UTT), Nocturnabol and Body Morter(the deal was just to good why not?)). A little background on me. Im turning 30 next week, been lifting off and on since highschool and pretty steady for the past 2-3 years. I'm 5'10 about 205-210lbs and 11-12% body fat. I switch between DC training (about 6-8 weeks) and a normal 3 set/ 8-10 rep workout. I used a prohormon a very long time ago 1once and did notice a little puff to the nipples but nothing to bad (then they were taken off the market lol). I want to bulk up more and wondering what doses someone my size should use and what time of day is best (ie. once before brekfast/another befor lunch).

This is what I have and want to run (4-6 weeks)
1andro (RD) 3 tabs?:think:, DecaVol UTT ?, 4-AD UTT ( I heard to take this a week later)?, and AromX RD for my PCT.

Start with the recommended 2x per day dosing schedule. If you workout in the afternoon/evening, i'd dose as follows: 1. morning, and 2. 30-45 minutes pre workout

Thanks for the feed back. Did'nt know if I needed to take more since Im over 200lbs. How far apart do you take each ( should I wait 5-10 minutes in-between taking each product)? And what SERM do you suggest just in case?

Thanks for the feed back. Did'nt know if I needed to take more since Im over 200lbs. How far apart do you take each ( should I wait 5-10 minutes in-between taking each product)? And what SERM do you suggest just in case?
I'd wait about 10-15 minutes or space them evenly throughout the day (ideally). Example would be every two hours.

SERMs are a personal preference. If you have ran another cycle before and used one that worked well then stick with it.

Hey guys I started my stack and I'm on week 3 (I know I should have made a log, just been busy no time for the net). MAN this stuff is GREAT! Week 1 I was 192lbs (tried to lose some body fat, but ended up losing alot of muscle too). Weighed myself this morning after a piss and I'm now 200lbs and I still have 3 weeks left!

Ok some quick background info: I'm 5'10, for this stack (DecaVol UTT, 4AD UTT, 1-Andro RD) Im doing DC Training 4day split and NO CARDIO. I'm also eating 7-8 meals a day to keep my cals above 4000 (sometimes that means eating nasty McDs) A usual day looks like this....

8:00 a.m. take 1ml. of DecaVol
8:15 - 8:30 a.m. scoop of generic celltech (lol) and 5-10 mins later 1 scoop of protein (SuperPro) 1-2 scoops of oats (I grind them down to a powder and a scoop equals a 1/2 cup or more) 2 tbs. peanutbutter and 12 oz of 1% milk.
9:30 a.m. 2-3 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 1 1/2 cups of oats and a animal pac
10:00 a.m. 1 RD cap of 1-Andro
11:00-11:30 a.m. Chicken breats, a potato or wheat bread, and green beans
12:00 p.m. (one week later than the rest) 1 ml. 4AD
1:00 p.m. MassGain Shake or 1can of tuna and sweet potatos
2:00 p.m. 1 ml. DecaVol (Second Serving)
3:00 p.m. Chicken breast and medium potato or MAssGain shake
4:00 p.m. 1 RD cap of 1-Andro (Second Serving)
5:30 p.m. 1 scoop of MPs Assualt (this stuff is AWESOME!)
5:30 -6:00 p.m. had some left over modern BCAAs but next week it will be Body Morter
6:00 p.m. 1 ml. 4AD (Second Serving)
Then workout...usually 45 mins
7:00 p.m. genaric cell tech and 10 mins later EAS Finish or sample of HydroWhey
8:30- 9:00 p.m. What ever the wife cooks for Dinner. lol
10:30-11:00 p.m. 1 Noct pill (Monday-Friday)

As for training I train Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I work out at home for now until I find a gym in this small town. (Just moved)

Back Width- Neutral Grip Pulldowns: 1plate+35lbs (I only write it once but this is for the weight on both sides) X 8+5+4=17 RP ( For those of you that dont know DC training you pick a heavy ass weight and do as many as you can, usually 5-10 then you take only 15 breaths wich is about 20-30 secs and go again for a total of 3 sets (except for legs and back thickness movements)
wido-Wide-Grip Bent over rows to chest on Smith Machine: 25lbsX 22 reps
Back Thickness- Rack Deads: These are just under my knees 3plates+35lbsX 10

Week 1 I think my body wasnt reacting to much to the stack but I think week 2 it started to kick in. Now that Im on week 3 I really feel swole and the pumps are great.

Only Problem I had this week was sleeping I dont know if the Noct is working for me. Iv tried it with 30 mins after eating and a hour after.

Oh I also uped my 1-Andro during week 2- 2 RD caps at 10 a.m. and 1 cap at 4:00 p.m. Maybe I should space them out more...any suggestions?

Ok just had my last workout of the week and still feeling strong! No gyno, no acne, nothing. Still eating big but know its getting ahhhh??? Got to do what you got to do even if you dont want to right? lol.
Here is what I did this week....look at the improvements I made on Back day, Chest Day, and Leg Day!

Quads: Front Squats ( knees hurt so I did them box style -parallel not ATG like last time)

One would probably like to have it spread out evenly to help maintain optimal and even levels throughout the day with possibly the double dose being pre workout. Though do I think it's really going to be a big negative if you don't? Probably not. At the least I might suggest an 8 hour difference between your doses, so 10am and 6pm or 8am and 4pm maybe. In the end it's going to be a personal preference for you.

Hey guys posted earlier in a different forum, not sure how this all works yet. Thinkin of trying the growth kit by ams. Do I need to take anything with it for result, such as protein, pre workout or postworkout drink. Any advice would be great. Thanks

Thanks for the feed back, I think Monday I'll spread out the 1Andro to 3 times a day. Does 10 a.m. 4 p.m. and after I workout sound good? (around 7?) or spread it out even more?
