Maybe I'm Just Dense

Ok, stupid questions perhaps...I have already used the RD Tabs. Directions say to take the pill and hold for 30 seconds, then swallow. So, I have the following questions to ensure best absorption:

Am I supposed to dissolve them completely, hold for 30 seconds, then swallow?

Or just build up some juices, hold for 30 seconds, then swallow and keep doing until gone?

Does it matter where in my mounth I hold the pills?

Can I do Decavol, Andro, and 4-ad at the same time or should I stagger them?

Sorry, I can't find anything else about this. Previously I just dissolved for like 10 minutes, held a huge wad of spit in my mouth for 30 seconds and then swallowed.

This is a good question. Ideally do the following:

1. Score the tab, or bite it in half.
2. Get it all under your tongue
3. Leave it there for as long as it dissolves
4. Swallow when necessary

If you are using more then one of these ph's try to separate them.
