Yes 3 doses per day should be really good for you. You could probably run 2 doses per day for the first week and stretch it out a little longer. I believe I made that chart for someone that was around 200+lbs.

Its similar to the old "run test longer then deca" theory. But usually 1-andro sides are minimal in week 1. They hit harder as the cycle goes on. An extra week of 4-AD at the end can improve your mood and libido prior to heading into pct.
This stagger effect seems to be the key, I never tryed it till u talked about it and now I won't run it any other way

I've enough CEL HDrol and AMS 1-AD, 4-AD and Decavol (UTT versions), so i'll do:
Do you usually run Hdrol that low? Or is it because it is stacked? I hear most people go with up to 100-150.
