    What's up everyone-

    New to the forum would love to hear feedback about my upcoming cycle...
    Going to run AMS Hormone Regulation Kit UTT - real excited.

    I'm 6'0, 180lbs, been lifting for about 4 years, really focused when I want to be. I eat everything and plan on keeping that up, plan on getting all my sleep and water and protein. I usually work out around 630am. Plan on lifting heavy, 4-6reps to failure, maybe mixing in some CrossFit type exercises for a little bit of cardio.

    6am - 1ad (1ml) and 4ad (1ml)
    6pm - 1ad (1ml) and 4ad (1ml)

    wks 4-8 (pct)
    6am - aromx (1ml) and test booster (advice? favorites?)
    6pm - aromx,(1ml) and test booster

    I plan on taking AI Cycle Support the entire time, Fish Oil, Multi, along with plenty of protein, calories, also I have some Nocturnabol (b/c I've read some ppl have had sleep problems).

    Like I said, I welcome any feedback and would love to hear some personal favorites for my pct test booster.

    Also, thinking of logging this, but I am a busy law student and wouldn't want to half-ass the log for anyone following. So I will keep everyone posted if I do make the time to log this. Thanks everybody.... Scratch that - This is guna be logged.

    So i took a solid week off before starting this morning - may have lost a little bit of strength but I think the drive is the biggest thing you lose when you take a little time off. Anyways - HERE WE GO!

    Ok so not a huge day, but one of those "getting back into it days." Although I prolly could have gone a little harder - I got a sh!tty sleep last night so am not going too hard on myself.

    Tonight I am guna sleep like a champ with my Nocturnabol and just be ready to run sh!t tomorrow.

    Ok so feeling good, nothing special to report - although I criticized my workout earlier I gota say I did feel good - a little stiff but like I said - ready to get grimy!!

  2. Good start so far man. I think you are gonna love this stack.

    I would recommend using AI's Post Cycle Support along with Arom-X. I used that along with HGHup for my AMS stack PCT and got great results. Kept the weight on, with no loss of libido or other sides. Just keep your cals up, and kill it in the gym.

  4. 2/25 - Day 2 - BACK

    First off, slept well with the Nocturnabol last night - didn't really make me tired, but I definitely slept through the night (got up once to piss). I woke up this morning and my sheets had barely moved so I musta been pretty comfy in a deep sleep haha.

    Dosed 6am - hit the gym at 630. A little tired, but its expected that early. Popped 4 HypertrophX as well to get the blood flowing - got that nice tingle when I hit my first set. Might start slurping a NO pre workout or even a BCAA (PurpleWrath) pre workout just to get the energy up...I would love to hear what ppl think - whether I should leave it for post cycle or go ahead and drink up now.

    Would have like to throw in some pulldowns, but was kinda exhausted. I had really good focus today, but just felt gassed after my heavier lifts.

    Overall, solid back day, wanted a little more tho, felt a little stiff, but good. Excited to eat and sleep tonight and go hard manana!

    Also weight is at 185. The scale at the gym is bogus, I know I am closer to 180, but I will be going by it's numbers for consistency.

    Good Workout today. Energy and Focus was strong. Really felt strong towards later sets. The HypertrophX prolly helped that but overall felt strong. Slept well, thanks Nocturnabol, up once to pee, slept all night.

    Sides: Last night (late afternoon) had a pretty bad headache. Not sure why. I have always been prone to headaches but haven't had one in a while, so maybe something triggered it. I plan on eating more and drinking more water that should alleviate the pain.

    Overall good day, as always was left wanting a little more, but felt good.

    Weighed in at 188lbs - the scale at my gym has got to be off. Haha

  6. 2/27 - Day 4 - SHOULDERS

    Slept til about 830am today, so dosed when I woke up then. Hit the gym around 915 or so - same doses as above.

    Felt really good in the gym, strong, focused - really felt good at the end of my workout.
    Slept well again last night, up once to pee, good solid sleep.

    Another solid workout, was left wanting a little more like always, but my other body parts are real nice n sore, so I know I am not jipping myself on any of my days. I think I am getting strong workouts, just feeling like I want to push myself more because I feel so good.

    For now tho, I think I am listening to my body since I am waking up feeling sore and swole!

    Also, as you can see, my numbers are kinda all over the place - I dont know why this is. Later sets have been feelin good like I have been using the early sets to loosen up then really bang em out later. Idk if thats the HypertrophX doin its thing or the ph stack doin its thing, but either way I approve. Haha.

    Sides: No headache issues yesterday at all - like I said I upped the food and water and I believe that made a huge difference. Nothing else to complain about!

  7. 3/1 - Day 6 - CHEST

    I took yesterday (Sunday - Day 5) off. I was super sore so gave my body some much needed rest. Definitely worth it - hit the gym hard today for chest.

    Again felt strong, focused, really wanted to run sh!t today - kinda did.

    Dosed 6am - Worked out 630am

    The ph's feel great, HypertrophX feels great, Nocturnabol helping out
    Woke up last night like 2hrs into my sleep with real bad heartburn - pounded some tums and went back to bed - not sure if it was cuz I am eating so much or eating too fast idk - guna work on that.

    Gym was super crowded today idk why. I work out at this real gutter spot in nyc and usually I have the mornings to myself not today - they are moving in new equipment so the place is a mess no room, so I made room haha.

    So yeah - good strong workout, I hate the pec dec at my gym so I will not be using that again haha but yeah felt good, no complaints or any bad sides to report - so far real happy with this stack and looking forward to even more gains!

  8. 3/2 - DAY 7 - BACK

    Woke up at 6am, dosed then - was pretty tired, slept well but just didn't really get enough. Powered through tho and ended up having a pretty solid workout.

    When I got to the gym I felt really stiff and still sore all over (not necessarily a bad thing haha). Warmed up a little and went from there. Energy was a little weak in the beginning but I picked it up towards the end. Focus was on point, only complaint was stiff sore lower back.

    So pretty good workout - real disappointed with my Deadlifts. Like I said tho, my lower back was really stiff, so I didn't wana blow anything out. Also my legs were still stiff n sore from last leg day so again, not trying to be a hero and blow out my lower back.

    I will prolly throw in some lighter deadlifts tomorrow for leg day, but was definitely bummer by my low performance on them today.

    Also guna try to stretch more pre/post workout - alot of stiffness lately so gota do it.
    Supps all feel good no sides or complaints. Sleeping well, getting good pumps at the gym, feeling strong, full, hard.

  9. 3/3 - Day 8 - LEGS

    Real sore and tired today, Nocturnabol worked nicely, but I just didnt get enough sleep. Was a little slow n groggy in the gym but feel like I had a pretty good day, my legs feel like jellly and im guna be hurtin tomarrow! No sides to report, everything is feeling pretty good.

  11. 3/4 - Day 9 - SHOULDERS

    Felt really strong today. Great focus n pretty solid energy. I did not want my workout to end. Thank god the gym got disgustingly crowded so in the end I had no problem leaving. Haha.

    But yeah, was up today at 530am, dosed n hit the gym at 6. Slept well through the night, woke feeling pretty refreshed. Thanks Noct.

    Nothing really new to report in terms of sides or anything like that. No headaches, which I am really glad about, no acne or anything like that - a little on my upper shoulders, but I have always had that just from sweating and the grimey squat bars. Haha. Aggression has been under control - I have always had a bad temper, but notice no real increase or anything. Just felt good today - wanted more!!

    Ok so I had an early class so bailed on the 6am workout session but hit the gym at like 1pm.

    Had a pretty good workout - shoulders and triceps were sore from shoulders day yesterday n I prolly shud have taken a day off, but I just wanted the workout! So I went for like 40min, got the blood flowing, a little pump goin, n yah was glad I went.

    Good focus, solid energy, like I said a little sore n stiff but still glad I hit it.

  15. 3/6 - DAY 11 - OFF

    So this weekend I went home to Jersey where I dont have a gym membership anymore - so I took yesterday off, and hit back a little bit today.

    Unfortunately I worked out on my bootleg universal at my house where sometimes the weight feels like 400lbs and other times 10lbs haha - so I dont have any numbers really worth posting. Pretty pissed off, but hey its just what it is I guess. Got the blood flowing a decent pump everynow n then so oh well.

    I got some good lat pulldowns in, some mid lat rows, some bent over dumbell rows (the highest dbs I have are 50lbs), and a couple other good shoulder pumps, but nothing really worth posting.

    Overall tho, I feel good and cant wait to blast legs tomorrow back at my gym in nyc.

    Nothing too special to report, but looking forward to a strong week in the gym.

  16. 3/8 - DAY 13 - LEGS

    Ok so back in the city today, ready to get grimey! Blasted legs today, had a great time and I know I am guna be crushed tomorrow!!

    Hit the gym at like 430pm after classes - couldn't make the early session - gym was obviously packed, but it was a good thing today because it made me switch up when I do what.

    Dosed this morning at 7am, then pre workout at 4pm. Popped my HypertrophX was ready to ride!

    Felt really strong and focused! I know my squats went down but my legs were blasted by the time I got to squats. Leg Presses and those step ups crushed me! Also, deadlifts were so on point. Good form, nice and deep rep range!

    So yeah no sides to report - but I'm feelin good. Sleeps this wknd were kinda whack - didn't take Nocturnabol Fri or Sat... Started Noct again on Sunday, was up a couple times, but felt ok in the morning and great in the gym.

    Nothing new to post - excited to keep getting stronger!

    Alright felt good today - but energy and focus wasn't what it normally is. Felt a little sluggish today in the gym. Was up at 545am at the gym by 615am.

    Didn't sleep all that well last night, tossed n turned alot - couldn't get comfy - the WORST! Was a little surprised b/c the Noct. has been so good to me, oh well tonight will be better I am sure.

    Besides that tho - actually a pretty successful chest day. Flat bench numbers shot up (real pleased!!) and I continue to feel strong. Like I said tho, not super focused and amped like normal, so was left wanting a little more as always!

    So really see no neg. sides with this stack. No complaints, feeling good and strong. Want alot more out of my workouts guna start blasting through more exercises and sets of different stuff. For example, I should've also blasted out flat and incline barbell sets for chest. Prolly pushups too. It's like I wana just crush myself, but the last thing I want is to blow out a shoulder. So idk gota focus and just stomp on more sets!!!

    Ok so today was the halfway mark and i definitely left my mark! Crushed back today felt super strong and focused.

    Slept like sh!t last night, sorry Noct. but it's true. Was tossing and turning all night, was overheated, was up like 4x, idk what happened. Guna stay positive and hope tonight is better.

    Up at 6, gym 630 - felt lethargic on my walk to the gym but settled in and got serious. HypertrophX is a great product!

    Only real complaint I have so far is the past two bad night's sleep. When I first started the Nocturnabol, I did every day. Then I read a couple posts recommending cycling it with fri, sat night off. I did that this wknd, and that is the only change I can think of...I doubt that would cause anything tho.

    Oh well, I am sure that tonight will be better plus cant really complain b/c I had a solid workout today.

    No that was with the Noct - that's why I was bummed. All seems to be good again - slept great last night.

  21. 3/11 - Day 16 - SHOULDERS

    Alright so last night - slept great again. Vivid dreams, deep sleep, didn't move a whole lot. Turned the AC on to a nice 72 degrees - perfect sleeping temp. So who knows. Maybe those two nights of bad sleep were a fluke, something I ate before bed, not enough water - idk. BUT, I stayed positive and got great sleep.

    Woke up feeling a little groggy, but did my morning routine, and felt focused and strong. Aggressive at the gym today. There is so much sh!t thrown all over this place I spend more time twisting and turning around machines and other people than I do working out - ok not really but you get the idea.

    Regardless, blasted through my workout, made my own room and put in work. I only say this because for the first time I noticed a "little more" aggression than normal (which is normally pretty high with me).

    Ok so my shoulders felt completely smoked after those cleans and military presses. I know I did a lot fewer exercises than last shoulder day - but my shoulders felt like jelly. I felt great tho blasting out the military presses, so have no complaints.

    I am loving going for 4 sets now instead of the usual 3. I am feeling strong. I should have pushed myself for fewer reps higher weight in the presses - I will next time. Either legs or rest tomorrow - will keep you posted.

    I just bought this stuff the other day and I can't wait for it to come in. I took this andro stuff a year ago and it really worked. I actually have no idea what I am doing tho when it comes to taking supplements. Should I just follow the directions on the bottle?? Also could you give me advice on what to do after im done this cycle? I read that the arom x stuff is for the pct but is there anything else i should be taking with it? Sorry for all the questions I just need to know how to take this stuff right.

  23. I have another question for whoever. someone just gave me a product called epistane, i did some research and its the real stuff. Is it possible that I could take this with the hormone regulation kit or afterwards with the arom-x ? I have no idea if i should mix any of this stuff or not so any info will be useful.

    When it comes to dosing, I like consistency. For example, I work out early in the morning, so I dose when I wake up, and then later in the afternoon. I have always heard dose on a full stomach, but in the morning I love taking it on an empty stomach, idk personal preference. Interestingly, I can feel when my body needs to take my other dose later in the day and that dose feels better with food. Its alot about knowing your own body.

    I basically follow the instructions - 1ml of 1ad and 1ml of 4ad in the morning and then again 1ml of 1ad and 1ml of 4ad in the late afternoon (4-6pm). That is 2ml a day of each supp. Be sure to have some support supps on hand. I talked about it early in my log but havn't really mentioned it since. I take AI Cycle Support (2 servings a day), Fish Oil, Multi, Vitamin C, Protein Shake, etc. Alot of people load for 2wks with Cycle Support but I was too excited to get started haha oops.

    In terms of PCT - AromX should do the trick solo, but you will want to continue the Cycle Support, Fish Oil, etc. Also, I will be running either AI Post Cycle Support or some other sort of natty test booster like a good trib supplement along with the AromX. AromX will be dosed just like the 1ad and 4ad. PCT I will also prolly throw in some creatine and n.o. to keep up my strength. I like MAN Clout and Body Octane.

    I hope that helps. Also I don't have experience with epistane, so I am not gunna comment but I am sure there are logs and posts you can find to help you out.

    Ok so today wasn't the best day in the gym. I was stiff, sore and tired. But I powered through and did pretty well on legs. My lower back was still sore from back and shoulder days so i laid off deadlifts. I blasted out two and no more! I will prolly take tomorrow off, we will see tho...

    So yeah, kinda a quick workout, a little lethargic and little less energy and focus than normal. I think it was just because I was overall sore.

    My squats went up tho so I am amped about that and with just go extra hard next leg day.

    Noticing a little acne on my arms/shoulders/face - nothing too extreme, but worth mentioning. Also, slept well last night nothing to report there after those two weird nights of bad sleep.

  27. Real quick - took a nap today for like and hour and a half - woke up and felt like truck hit me. Seriously. Haha was super out of it, light headed, like where the f*ck am I? Kinda been a little groggy since. Not like sick or anything, just kinda out of it. I normally get like this when I nap - hence why I never do - but damn it feels like from when I woke at like 320pm to now has been a blur. Minor headache, a little light headed, just kinda phased. Haha ok just wanted to share, guna go chug some water and eat!

    Hmm well it could have been many things that contributed to the bad nights sleep, stress, training caffeine but im glad everything seems to be back on track. I had really good experiences with cycling the 5on 2 off way with no problems to speak of, my favorite part is there non habit forming for me and days i do miss im still able to sleep maybe not as hard but still normal sleep.

I had really good experiences with cycling the 5on 2 off way with no problems to speak of, my favorite part is there non habit forming for me and days i do miss im still able to sleep maybe not as hard but still normal sleep.

    Yeah thanks bro - I mean I think I'm back on track. I'm still cycling it and last night (Friday) was an off night and I slept great. So I'm thinking it was a fluke.
