  1. 3/12 - Day 17 - LEGS

    Ok so today wasn't the best day in the gym. I was stiff, sore and tired. But I powered through and did pretty well on legs. My lower back was still sore from back and shoulder days so i laid off deadlifts. I blasted out two and no more! I will prolly take tomorrow off, we will see tho...

    So yeah, kinda a quick workout, a little lethargic and little less energy and focus than normal. I think it was just because I was overall sore.

    My squats went up tho so I am amped about that and with just go extra hard next leg day.

    Noticing a little acne on my arms/shoulders/face - nothing too extreme, but worth mentioning. Also, slept well last night nothing to report there after those two weird nights of bad sleep.


  2. Real quick - took a nap today for like and hour and a half - woke up and felt like truck hit me. Seriously. Haha was super out of it, light headed, like where the f*ck am I? Kinda been a little groggy since. Not like sick or anything, just kinda out of it. I normally get like this when I nap - hence why I never do - but damn it feels like from when I woke at like 320pm to now has been a blur. Minor headache, a little light headed, just kinda phased. Haha ok just wanted to share, guna go chug some water and eat!

    Hmm well it could have been many things that contributed to the bad nights sleep, stress, training caffeine but im glad everything seems to be back on track. I had really good experiences with cycling the 5on 2 off way with no problems to speak of, my favorite part is there non habit forming for me and days i do miss im still able to sleep maybe not as hard but still normal sleep.

    Yeah thanks bro - I mean I think I'm back on track. I'm still cycling it and last night (Friday) was an off night and I slept great. So I'm thinking it was a fluke.

  8. Alright so I took a quick two days off - so I have a lot to report! Here we go...

    Nocturnabol - Still cycling it ON Sun - Thur, OFF Fri/Sat. Slept great all weekend, no issues to report. Missed Sunday night, so will be starting that up again tonight.

    Like I said I took Sat n Sun OFF. My body was sore and I needed the rest. Felt great today, real strong, focused and ready to go.

    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL NEWS!!! My gym has completely downgraded and I am furious.

    They threw out the SQUAT RACK! I mean seriously, wtf is a gym without one. Also the heaviest DB's they now have are 75lbs!!!!! WTF am I supposed to do with that??? I mean Im not a tough guy reppin out the 120s, but I ALWAYS USE the 100s 90s 80s! I MEAN 75???? GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Needless to say I requested a copy of my contract and will most likely be terminating that - that is ridiculous. Also - Incline BB Bench, GONE, Power Rack, GONE but luckily they put in an extra smith machine for all those dipsticks that love to use awful squat form and blow out their wrists doing bench presses. Gime a break - I am sorry for wasting your time with this - but its disgusting.

    Also - it's just as crowded so now MORE people use LESS equipment! WOW.

    So needless to say my CHEST day that was supposed to blast the 100 DB's for 6-8 reps for 4 sets didn't happen.

  9. 3/16 - Day 20 - BACK

    Alright so to start off slept like sh!t. Up 4x, tossing all over tha place, cudn't get comfortable - awful. Idk I am wondering if it has something to do with the Noct cycling. I know this is prolly getting annoying to read but I slept well all wknd OFF - and like last wk, tha first night back ON slept like dump. Hmm.

    Hit the gym early, decent focus, decent strength - not the most powerful day prolly b/c of crappy sleept

    Gym is still a nightmare with missing equipment and dumbells (had to cut out DB Rows b/c normally i use the 100s and clearly they are gone and the 75s would have been a waste of time).

    Overall workout was ok - pretty pissed bout the lack of equip tho. Lower back was real stiff as usual and legs still felt weak from last leg day - huh.

    Yesterday and last Thursday/Friday - I noticed a little lethargy (first times yet tho). today was not as excited to hit the gym as normal. I think with all the bs thats happening at my gym its hard to get stoked.

    Also really tight and sore in my back and legs - I prolly just need to stretch but super stiff.

    Tomorrow is legs and seeing as there is no squat rack idk what's guna happen.

  12. 3/17 - Day 21 - LEGS

    So no squat rack today - killer. But I ended up getting a real good pump in my legs and felt pretty burnt by the end. I may head back to the gym tonight to finish em off!

    Slept ok - not great - was up a couple times, tossed a bunch.

    Body temperature has been running HOT lately - I am naturally a hot person, like always sweating and just generally warm - but have been noticing it even more. Could be the HypertrohX in the morning hours - likely the ph's doing their thang tho. No complaints just posting for info's sake.

    Skin is good - not oily or broken out. Some mild acne on shoulders but that is normal for an active, sweaty young gym rat, haha. No noticed hair loss or anything like that. Finger nails have been growing very fast - I clip them twice a wk. Libido is solid. Im a pretty horny dood so no complaints there. Im not even worried come PCT. I have not been lethargic except for a couple noted days above, and overall feeling really good!

  13. 3/18 - Day 22 - SHOULDERS

    Slept OK - better than the past couple of nights, but not great. Woke up at 6 - real tired, to the alarm and not on my own which is new. Pretty sluggish in the beginning of my workout but got focused n turned it around.

    Ended up gettin in a real good workout. Once I "woke up" in the gym I crushed my shoulders. Felt strong and endurance was really good!

Any thoughts on this?? Good idea or not?? I know I prolly wana keep my body flooded with the 1ad/4ad until the end but I wana make sure I get one more solid week of strong workouts with the 1ad/4ad.

    The 1ml on rest day will be fine so u can extend the cycle. Ive actually done this a few times.

  15. 3/22 - BACK

    Ok so took the wknd off - was super stiff n sore so just relaxed n stretched all wknd. I was SUPER TIRED today - a couple bad sleeps this week OFF Noct. but looking forward to sleeping hard tonight. Felt pretty good in the gym - took a little bit to get fired up but some pretty good numbers.

  16. 3/23 - CHEST

    Slept great (much needed) - felt real tired when I woke up this morning had to lay in bed for a a few minutes n wake up but forced myself up - did my morning routine and was ready to go.

    Chest was pretty good today some pretty solid numbers but I had to use the Smith Machine a bunch and I hate that thing - I couldnt tell if my shoulders or chest was getting the workout.

    Energy was pretty good, focus was there, strength was ok (Smith threw me way off my game).

    Flat Bench 225 felt good - strong, stable - really struggling to find a good chest routine I like without all the benches and dumbells i need. Oh well - working with what I got.

    I prolly have about two more days of 1ad/4ad then PCT.

  17. 3/24 - LEGS

    So no barbell squats today for obvious reasons - but still got a pretty good leg workout. Im not getting the same pump from these other leg exercises I am doing but hey better than nada.

    Slept pretty poorly last night (ON Noct.) was up like 3-4x, just not a very deep sleep. It was a real fight to wake up this morning but definitely glad I did.

    Legs felt real strong today. Knees were a little stiff/sore but I think its because I have been carrying around extra bodyweight lately and obvi the heavier workload at the gym. Didn't really get that deep burn in the a$$cheeks you get from really gettin low on a squat, but hopefully my legs will be shot tomorrow - they felt like jelly after the db lunges.

    Also - not a whole lot of soreness in chest from yesterday. Pretty bummed out b/c I had a feeling the smith machine would really thrash my shoulders and completely leave out my chest - sure enough I was right. Oh well.

    I try to hit it around 10pm - I dose Noct. around 9-930pm. When I do sleep well, I sleep real well, but when I have bad nights, it almost feels like I'm not sleeping at all - just that weird inbetween state. Could be stress, could be indigestion, could be eating too close to bedtime - like I am normally stuffed when I go to bed (and sidenote, have noticed increased heartburn on cycle).

    I'd try dosing your last dose of the UTT products around 4pm to see if this will help..
    I'd also watch the carbs before bedtime, this can keep you up too.

    Sleep was better last night - only got up once to piss - didn't completely sleep like a log like I did the first wk on Noct. but the improvement was much better!

    Felt good in the gym today - focused , good energy, got pretty tired fairly quickly today but pushed through had a good workout.

  23. 3/27 - CHEST

    Took yesterday off - slept like sh*t Thursday night.

    Slept well last night OFF Noct.

    Hit chest hard today back home at my local gym where they have things like db's above 75 and benches haha. Focus was good, felt pretty strong - didn't have my wide receiver gloves with me that I like to wear on chest days for better grip - oh well still had a good workout. Prolly have one more day left on 1ad/4ad before PCT (bc I lowered the dose on off days to have more ON days)

  24. 3/28 - BACK

    Slept pretty well OFF Noct. Didn't feel as strong today as normal, had a little less energy than normal and became fatigued a little earlier too. Overall tho pretty decent focus and pretty good back day. Not huge numbers but pretty good.

  25. 3/29 - LEGS

    Slept well last night again OFF Noct. - I dont know what the deal is, I am almost hesitant to try to go back ON Noct. I def will prolly stay off until I get a bad night sleep then I will start up again. I can't say that Noct was not a good product for me tho - I def got some great nights sleep on it so I am not knocking it at all - but towards the end idk sleep wasnt what it should have been.

    Felt strong and focused in the gym today better than the past few days
