Could Liposome prevent conversion to target hormone?

I was reading about Liposome and it does seem like a great delivery method. Then I had a thought. Would it be feasible to think that it could protect the DHEA molecule so well as it makes its way to the target hormone that it would prevent it from conversion to 1-dione.4-dione, etc?
