are enzymes such as 17b-HSD in unlimited supply for converting hormones in the body?

meaning is it a waste to mega dose compounds which rely on 17b-hsd to make it to the target compound?

is limited amount of enzymes available for conversion one of the causes for diminished returns when using pro hormones?

the enzyme availablity is finite but that does not mean megadosingwont work. If something like androstenedione is taken in large amounts much of it will survive liver first pass. but then it will continue to circulate until it is metabolized. Your body cant really excrete it in its parent form. So eventually it will convert to its various metabolites

a doctor gave multi gram androstenedione to some subjects and measured blood andro, test, and estrogen. he showed me the results. the testosterone levels went up to around 8000 ng/dl and levels were elevated to superphysiological for several hours. surprisingly estrogen went up but the test / estro ratio was good (unlike lower doses of andro). I kept these results quiet at the time because they were an argument against the legality of prohormones

Nice, would you hypothesize this info would transfer over to other dione pro hormones, such as trenadione (the dione ph to trenbolone)?
