So I work 10 hour shifts some week 5 times a week we get three breaks two 15 min and one 30 min breaks I'm trying to put on mass but finding it hard I've probably put on 5 pounds in a month in a half but that's all could a casein protein help me reach my goal better wit out sacrificing gaining the wrong weight. I'm currently taking a why protein after my work outs sponge wit micronized creatine and a pre workout and my diet is pretty clean wit one cheat day throughout the week
