How many carbs should one take post workout?

Based on your goals and what other ancillaries or aids you're using, one can go completely carbless to ass tons. As the quoted states, it depends.

i like to ingest around 30 grams of carbs during my workout along with 20-30 g of essential amino acids. then i have a meal about an hour after i workout

i dont personally feel the need to cram more down my system. it would only make me uncomfortable

Goal is to bulk up and get stronger... body composition is not an issue

i usually use maltodextrini am not a fan of waxy maize. it doesnt dissolve in my drink and its like drinking corn starch. hell it is corn starch
