Sprays and ink?

Might be a stupid question, but i'll ask anyway..

I have quite extensive tattooing on my chest and upper arms - should I avoid spraying Pump Spray or other such sprays on them? I would think that the sprays need to be quite penetrative so could they react with the ink somehow when sprayed daily for longer periods?
