Nonworking day stack

I'm using Aftershock CM, Glycobol & Jack3d for this new bulking cycle. How should I handle these supplements on my non working day?
 
No details on what to do on non working days. I just don't want to waste anything or risk over doing it.
 
I'm not sure this really counts as 'advanced discussion'...

these arent my products and they dont pay me to do customer service for them either.

oh and i am not allowed to discuss my products on this forum to begin with, so it should only be fair that i not be expetcted to discuss others
