One dose in morning verses two spread

Hey Patrick,

I recently read an article that the author mentions, if a person wants to minimize shutdown, assuming a person takes oral anabolic(otc's) to take the dose first thing upon awaking. I remember back in some of Dan Duchaines articles he wrote a person could spread it out and I think if he had to pick a winner, he mentioned he would say taking it all at once would be wisest, in his opinion.

would is your opinion on this?

going further, I am not into my stack and doing a solo compound; when I go into my stack, do you think this would apply as well?

those are long half life for orals actually

more like 30 min to 1.5 hours (half life determined by IV administration, which of course does not translate into what happens orally exactly)

damn so me taking an oral (otc) all at once like I have been......well it might just be better to dose it twice?

probably doesnt matter that much

actually i withdraw my statement. methyltestosterone has a half life of around 4 hours according to my medical pharmacology book, and most orals are around that or more
