Just a quick question for ya - when it comes to the formula for success, a lot of guys say "Diet is 90% of it" while others swear by "it's diet 50%, lifting 50%", yet others say "diet 40%, lifting 50%, supplements 10%".... and of course talk to ten more, get ten more different breakdowns.
In all of your experience, what's the closest percentile breakdown you could slap on diet, lifting, and supplementation?
