Whatv are the best suppliments and vitimans ?

Hi doc , I just recently came off my cycle I wanted to know witch suppliments/vitimans Do you think are best after a cycle I never really drank any suppliments just vitimans fish oil I'm 6'2 198 Iv done two cycle already. I'm still on my hCG tho

Um , shouldn't you do that before your cycles .... just saying proper planning never hurt

Yea but I couldn't get the hCG till now so I'm taking it now
