Per Dr. Houser's fat loss ingredient recommendations.. I've made my own stack (from nutra) and was hoping to get some help with the timing and dosages. My posts are <150 so I had to delete all the links.

Yohimbine - 100 caps - 2.5 mg

The salvia game free but I'm not sure about the ingredient at all, and admittedly have done no due dilligence so I don't know if I should even use it?
I typically try to only eat carbs on workout days, and mainly for my post workout meal. I'm about 6'1, 215 at ~12% bf. Looking to get sub 10 in the next couple of months with this stack. Never really used fat burners before.
