Because this thread was referenced "pre-workout" --- maybe you could help us decide what it is you mean by "pre-workout"

yeah, i couldnt find an advanced discussion, but here are my specific q's
-if training fasted, what do i take in the hours and minutes before the workout?
for instance, bcaas, take them directly before the wo, and in what ratio/amount for bodyweight etc
for caffeine, beta alanine, creatine, and any others i might be missing.
i will take 2g car-fumarate and 2g lclt directly before, but i will take 2g each alcar and plcar upon waking
(timing is that new training is at 10, and i'm not a morning person, so if i wake at 8, then leave the house at 9...)
-if i want to eat breakfast before training, how long before training should i be done chewing?
