Dear Dr. Houser, What would you recommend...

    Dear Dr. Houser,

What latest legal prohormones and general supplements would you recommend for the
following profile to obtain once again maximum strength and size? I am gearing back up again with diet and workouts.

    57 year old man
Long time lifter (30 years) and amateur body builder
    Has done old school cycles
Has done cycles with the "last wave" of legal prohormones such as superdrol (last cycle was in 2005)
    Current stats are 6 ' and 225lbs
Has gone from a weight of 244 hard pounds with a 50 inch chest 34 inch waist to a 47 inch chest and 38 inch waist.
Normal concerns of hair loss, blood pressure, liver with those three things presently in fine shape.

    Thank you for your time.

I can tell you he probably won't be recommending any 17aa methyls, but out of curiosity, have you had your test levels checked? Someone your age could probably benefit from TRT..

How many cycles have you run in your lifetime?
