Another "new" old guy joining the boards and like most n00bs I have questions, questions and more (you guessed it) questions!

Little (very little) about me: I'm 40 and started working out again back in Feb '06 after a little (15 year) hiatus. I've made some decent gains (lost 45 pounds of fat & 4" on my waist while gaining 2" in my chest, 1 1/2" in my arms) without taking anything other than a cheap-o creatine mix, so my question: "what do I do now?!" I'm not interested in getting cut or weight loss, I'm more into in strength-training (but I am weight-conscious), but there's so much out there, I don't know where to start.
