Long time no see (or post)
Hi again board, I've been out of the scene for a while (lots of work and school) and almost ready to get my a** back in shape. I have my 8 week FLA muscle building program from a couple of years ago, or whenever that was, and picking it back up next week.
Anyway, just wanted to say hi again - lots of new people in this board now.

Listen, Do you remember the days of the cybergenics kits? The Origional HotStuff? Before those it was pretty much just nasty tasting proteins liver tabs, amino acid pills, and lets not forget SIMILAX!! Now that was cutting edge ****.
...And I will not elaborate on the advancements in training over the last what was it? 40 yrs? You obviously havn't educated yourself or kept up with the science. Mabey you should spend some time in the training forum.... :clean:

No Problem! I need all the friends I can get.
I'm a building contractor here in Gainesville,Fl.
And you being in the construction field you know that you have to get a little pissy with the crew almost every day just to get them up off there asses.
And that pissy attitude pours over into the rest of our life if we are not careful.
So I defiantly understand.
I have to watch myself or people take me wrong as well.
Thanks a lot for your reply. This is a great board with very knowledgeable people.
I like to hang out with people smarter than myself. It makes me look smart as well.

Finishing up a project at work, had to go out of town on training, plus lots of college homework and test - tic toc tic toc the clock is ticking and "I ain't getting any younger".
Anyway, back home now and going grocery shopping today - the flab has to go! Time to grow!

Goals are to get back in shape and get some muscle this winter. My long term goal is to get in the neighborhood of 200 LBS without the flab, but for this winter, if I can get to 180 without the flab I'll be happy.
