I'm having surgery on my upper right arm for a schwannoma on the ulnar nerve. Could anyone tell me what supplements they think would be good for recovery? I want to get back in the gym as soon as possible after surgery. The doc said I wouldn't be able to put any strain on the arm for 6 to 8 weeks.
