Trying to lose weight

Hey this my first post. Ive been talking to anti aging clinic about the potential to use something for weight loss. Im not interested in getting bigger or adding muscle just leaner and maintaining as much muscle as I can in the process. Any suggestions that work? My trainer thinks I should just stay natural till I lose the weight. I always feel like the clinic is just trying to sell me something.

At that high of body fat you should definitely listen to your trainer and get down that body fat% naturally, you shouldnt run into any trouble with hanging on to muscle til your around 15%... but once you get alot leaner you could look into the anti aging clinic they will make it much easier to maintain your muscle and your new lower bf%
