Hey all,

I'm starting on week two of a 16wk cycle. testE testP equi (it's detailed in my other posts) I'm currently 38 6'2 228 at about 15%BF (down from +%30) I've been building muscle and losing fat consistently to get where I'm at over the last 6 months.

Now I'm wanting to work hard and primarily gain some size I can keep over the next several weeks, but also I would love to lose this last %6 BF to get down below %10

I know all the forumulas to lose weight, but they don't consider that I'm trying to add mass or than I'm on gear and would like to grow.

Any suggestions? I would have posted in nutrition, but I always get better answers in here.
