So I came across this website while doing a low T quiz online. I was reading about cenegenics and other such
"age Management" programs and I feel I should do something about my health. I have been working out off and on
but could never stick to one ( Gym, Tennis, swimming, Boot camps etc ). My goal is to loose 10 lbs and tone overall
I see a lot of discussions on workouts, supplements and even hormone therapy, but how does a new comer start
on age management ? I dont have $10K to give to Cenegenics...
