I am a master lifter 60 and preparing for WPC worlds. Have had massive problems with my squat and coach Wade Johson has come to the rescue. He changed my routine and my first squat workout was yesterday. Hit 390 for 4 sets of 2 (raw), felt ok and the only problems I had were when I didnt pay attention to form or rest. My bench and dead are progressing nicely with no problems. Looks like I may be on track to set a wr or two. I must give an awful lot of credit to ageforce and their suppliments. Their NO patch is fantastic!! A week ago I forgot it and went on with squats. After the first set I was gulping air and it took me 2-3 times longer to recover for the next set. They have god stuff check it out. Will dead lift on Thursday and hope to have an update.
