Lower back pain

I am 37 years old and trying my first PH cycle. I am taking GS Supplements eStrength and cycle shield. I began having lower back pain about 4 days ago. I have been on cycle to about 16 days. What the heck is this? back pumps? And is that the same as swelling kidneys?
 
What's the prohormone ?? And no back pumps are not the same as swolen kidneys
