    Nationals


    Just got back fro APF raw nats. This was without a doubt the worst meet i have ever had. I am a master lifter 60 yrs. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. I hit my openers on my first two lifts only. I was so embarresed. Lots of form and breathing issues (my muck ups). Deads came along and I went 3 for 3 to salvage part of the day. Although I did not get near the poundages I expected to I did manage to take first and set 4 world records. I did get an invite to WPC worlds at which time I expect to have my muck ups under control.
    I would like to thank ageforce for their work with me. With their help my training and intensity has sky rocketed. I hit a 500 squat in the gym and for a fat old whit boy of 60 that aint bad. I cannot say enough about their patches and how effective they are. truly outstanding stuff, I reccomend them to everyone.

    Great job! I'm a little confused though, how do you hit your openers on your first two lifts 'only' AND go 3 for 3 on your dl's? Based on what you wrote, you hit your openers on the squat and bench, deads being last you couldn't have went 3 for 3 and hit your openers only on your first 2 lifts.

    Anyway, good luck at the WPC's
