Never had spots before bud and I'm 35! They go when I stop my cycle, any other ideas please?

Hey just cause im 19 doesn't mean I don't know anything ... But if it goes away then it's acne, people mistake acne into thinking pimples, whiteheads, etc. but the increased amt of oil from hormones can irritate the skin
