Axiron and a 47 year old fat guy.

Today my ins. approved (with my $60.00 copay) me using Axiron, the new underarm HRT gel. Supposed to put one pump or 30mg of testosterone under each arm. My bloodwork showed 273 test. level last week. I never really thought Androgel did me any good back in 2008, even at 8 pumps per day, but looking back now, I did feel a lot better then. While using Androlgel, the highest my test level reached was in the low 800's. Stopping the gel was my choice, and I have used nothing since that time. I went thru all the blood work several times back then, both of my docs blamed the low levels on stress. I want to get the most out of the Axiron, anyone using it have any do's/don'ts to share? I am 6'3" 234lbs, work retail standing 6 days a week, I take Lisinopril-HCTZ 20/25 twice a day and Diltiazem 60mg twice a day for High Blood Pressure, Levothyroxine 75mcg once a day for Hypothyroidism, and Pristiq 50mg for depression. I have used Axiron for six days, one pump under each arm. The first 2 or 3 days was great, clearer thinking, better mood, and no need for the little blue pill to get it up. Now it feel very little or no improvement in any area. When I used Androgel my levels dropped at 4 pumps a day, but went up to the low 800's with the max. dose of 8 pumps a day. I wonder if the small dose of Axiron has shut my own production down.
